Fajitas are to Mexicans what hot dogs are to New Yorkers. The meat is marinated and always charbroiled. Sliced into strips, served on a sizzling hot skillet with jitas sauce. Our fajitas are served with warmed floured tortilla, guacamole salsa and sour cream and of course cooked the Castlebar way!
