Mexican: Mushrooms, onion, peppers, tomatoes reduced in red wine and finished with demi glaze.
Bernaise: Prepared fresh daily to ensure maximum flavour.
Peppercorn Peppercorns flamed with brandy and finished in demi glaze and crearn.
